what a great idea. I am going to use a slightly different version to lift up 1000mm wide roof panels that weigh about 10 kg per meter. I will have to have an crane arme out about 800 mm in order to clear the wall. Counterweight will have to be used because I am lifting about 90 kg. I will send a pic when the contraption is operational.
