DESCRIPTION:
Homemade conversion of a benchtop drill press into a mill. Major modifications consisted of rigidizing the spindle, reducing the chuck runout, and installing a leadscrew to facilitate head assembly adjustments.

Conversions like these seem to run into many pitfalls, but this one is well thought out and executed.
