DESCRIPTION:
Homemade ladder anti-kickback device consisting of a ground spike intended to prevent ladder slippage. Constructed from a length of 2x2, four 8-inch spikes, and a length of rope.

Not a bad idea, specially when you need to use a ladder on grass or gravel.

Oh gosh...don't show this to my wife...it's probably a great idea...but she's gone overboard on keeping me safe...rightly so...given my track record...but still...
