Homemade manual disc sander constructed from wooden boards, a steel shaft, pillow bearings, and wooden knobs. Intended to be clamped to a work table.

Although I'm not to keen on spinning a sanding disc manually, this would work. And adding a pulley and motor should be pretty easy with this setup.
