DESCRIPTION:
Homemade parts washer constructed from a siphon feed blow gun, vinyl hose, a zip tie, and a container of mineral spirits.

Hey Jafro,
Nice washer, watched its use on your Youtube channel.
I recently saw that you are having camera trouble. I work in the video industry and may have a better solution then having your camera's deck fixed. You should be able to pick one of these up for cheap:
http://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/hyperdeckshuttle
or a used one of these:
http://www.aja.com/en/products/ki-pro-mini
These HD products take either SDI or HDMI video in and record it either uncompressed or ProRes encoded to a Quicktime file. The QuickTime file is stored on a solid state disk. These QuickTime files can then be imported into your editing software with having to deal with tapes.
