DESCRIPTION:
Homemade retractable tool stand casters constructed from a pipe rotating inside a 1-1/4" sleeve, angle iron, and caster wheels sourced from a 1000 lb. capacity dolly. A small bolt slipped through holes in the pipe and sleeve enables locking of the mechanism.

A different take on a retractable caster. Am not too keen though on it still jutting out when in the up position.
