DESCRIPTION:
Homemade strap spanner fashioned from a length of rope and a screwdriver. Rope is secured through a hole in the screwdriver handle.

I guess that would do in a pinch. Clever thinking actually, to fabricate a strap wrench from rope and a screwdriver.
