DESCRIPTION:
Homemade tie rod clip tool adapted from a pair Vise-grips. Jaws were modified with a horizontal bar to aid in maintaining alignment.

Another purpose for those ubiquitous locking pliers. And since the base tool is just a knockoff, the cost comes out to just a few dollars.
