THIS WORKSAT PRESSURES OF 100PSI THE CAN SHOULD HAVE NO PRESS IN IT A ONE SECOND SPRITZ OF AIR IS ALL THATS NEEDED. IF THE CAN NEEDS A SECOND SHOT, GIVE IT ONE LATER. ITS NOT INTENDED FOR CANS WITH PRESSURE IN THEM. IF YOU CAN SQUEEZE THE CAN SIDES AND THEY DEPRESS, THIS WILL WORK.COMPRESSOR SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING SO U ''CAN'' HEAR .AIR FLOW INTO THE CAN. TEST AFTER EACH TRY. WHEN YOU GET SPRAY, CEASE TRYING.USE CAN, REFILL AFTER SPRAY STOPS. VERY EASY AND QUICK, JUST DONT OVERDO!

1. That is a steel can. 2. Two liter P.E.T. bottles do not fail until about 150 psi. 3. Aluminum cans fail at about 130 psi. 4. Again, that is a steel can. 5. Shipping temps can exceed 130 degrees F. At those temps the propellant used in most cans is at about 200 psi. 6. If that compressor is putting out 200+ psi you have more problems than a can splitting at the seam.

Not smart.....those cans were not designed to propel material with high pressure and could be on the edge of busting. The propellants used are liquid under pressure....like Freon or propane....and generate enough pressure to push the liquid out but it is the expansion of the propellant to a gaseous state that atomizes the liquid to be sprayed.....push the air pressure a bit too high and you'll have a bomb in your hands.....don't do it!
