Homemade tractor ballast boxes featuring a trailer hitch welded to the metal frame. Utilizes 9-1/2 bags of crack-resistant concrete.

I think this is the best ballast set up idea I've seen...I have to ask is that 9 1/2 bags per side?
and is it heavy enough for most situations or do you wish it was heavier?
